There are two types of powdery powder:
– Unleavened, used to make cakes such as Pateso, apple pie, Vols au vent, Tart cake, this type you can defrost, shape, bake always in the oven.
– The yeast type, specialized in making croissant, Danish cakes, it takes time for the dough to rise for about 2 hours to 2.5 h at room temperature until the bread is doubled and then baked in the oven.
When shopping, pay attention to buy the right kind of powder.
